Description

The PerkinElmer Spotlight 200i is an integrated Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) microscopy system coupled with a Spectrum Two spectrometer. This instrument combines infrared spectroscopy with optical microscopy for molecular characterization of microscale samples and spatially-resolved chemical analysis. The system features dual-mode operation allowing both visible and infrared imaging of samples.

The Spotlight 200i microscope enables both point-by-point spectral data collection and rapid infrared imaging using a linear array detector. It provides automated sample stage control, multiple objectives for different magnifications, and can be configured for transmission, reflection, and attenuated total reflection (ATR) sampling modes.
